In India, astrology plays a crucial role in the day-to-day lives of million people. And when the question arises that whether astrology is a part of science or just a superstition; we all will mostly get the later answer.

Yes, it is hard to define astrology in just simple words. Astrology includes both numerology and the predication though the past deed. Thus, it becomes hard to categories astrology in between science and superstition. As horoscope consultants justifies it in different ways.

Like, astrology is considered as a part of science because in some ways astrology uses the scientific knowledge about the heavenly bodies as well as scientific tools like star charts. In some cases, people use astrology to generate expectation about the future events and people’s personalities with scientific ideas and expectations.

Some people think that astrology is nonsense, crap, fiction, superstition and so on. It is something that you can experience, observe and know how it applies first hand. There are reasons why it has proved so difficult to test the real practice of astrology under scientific conditions and why so many tests have been flawed.  However, some simple experiments have resulted that can be consistent with scientific basis to the fundamental premise of astrology even though the practice is an art rather than science.

Well with this we can assume that astrology is a part of science; actually it is based on science. Both astrology and science are co related. Although, astrology is consist of totally the movement of the sun, the moon, the stars and the planets upon the individual lives. But somewhere astrology is not accepted by many of the scientific community as it gives no explanations upon the effect of astrology in individual lives. Astrology gives no evidences to support the premises or the effects that are being outlined in Vedic science.
